Will Not Use Again

I used Bucks Country Photographers for my wedding. They were well within my price range and their pictures were great. However, I gave them one star because their customer service is lacking. Once they had my money, it took forever to receive an answer from them when I had questions. I didn't find out until the day before my wedding who my photographer was. I never met him before the wedding and he didn't discuss what shots I wanted. They also have too many phone numbers, and do not check all of them. I call and leave messages at the number they suggested, but no one returns my calls. It also took forever for me to get my proof album, (We're talking more then 2 months) for something that looks like it was printed on a home computer. Honestly, I would never use them again. They created so much unnecessary stress before my wedding, the day of my wedding and even now two months after my wedding.
